Administrative Science Quarterly​

I was an associate editor of Administrative Science Quarterly, the journal that has been at the cutting edge of organizational studies since the field began, between 2008 and 2014. I was the editor between 2016 and 2020. During that period, the journal rose from journal citation rank 10 in business and 12 in management to rank 4 in both.

I was a Senior Editor at Organization Science between 2002 and 2008. I served as a special issue co-editor for the Behavioral Theory of the Firm 40 Years and Counting.
I served as a co-editor of the Academy of Management Journal Networks Special Research Forum published in 2004.
I served as a co-editor of the Advances in Strategic Management 2001, "Multiunit organizations and multimarket strategy"
I served as a co-editor of Research in the Sociology of Work 2014,  "Adolescent Experiences and Adult Work Outcomes: Connections and Causes."
​I served as a co-editor of Research in the Sociology of Organizations 2017,  "Emergence."
